Between Hope & Depair by Rawda Al Banna

Despair tries to kill our hopes, to trip us into holes

But it is a loser.

Because our hopes will prevail

And its scent will spread

We will not surrender to you, Despair.

Go Away,

Leave, you have no place here

Our hearts can only contain hope.
