Beyond the Bitter Fog by Eve Johnson

Beyond the bitter fog,

There’s a beautiful place

Somewhere to feel safe and joyful

Your own peaceful space.

Beyond the bitter fog,

There’s emerald green fields

Where flowers replace dead bodies

A place armed with shields.

Beyond the bitter fog,

The smell of blood has gone,

In its place are fragrant flowers

Hiding the problems,

That we must act upon.
